Unflavored Protein Powder  French Toast

Recipe
*Single Serving
    -     1 piece of wheat bread (or your choice bread)
    -     1/4 cup of milk (or milk substitute of your choice)
Directions
    - Whisk together egg, milk, protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla in a shallow dish.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Dunk your slice of  bread in shallow dish with the mixture, soaking both sides.
- Place soaked bread in heated skillet and cook on both sides until golden.
- Serve hot and add syrup if desired. Enjoy!
